What do I need to do if I have a loan request?

Call or email and give us a summary of your loan request. If it is something we can help with, to get started we will ask you to complete an application and a credit report.

How long will it take to close my loan request?

Depending on the loan program, anywhere between a week to 4 weeks.

Are there any upfront fees for the loan process?

No, the only expenses before close is for an appraisal.

Will you escrow for taxes and insurance?

Taxes may or may not be escrowed depending on the type of loan, however, insurance costs will never be escrowed.

If I am a broker, how will I get paid for my services?
